Placing an Order
1. Do you ship to addresses outside the U.S.?
Yes. If you have any concerns about how the address appears in the fields, please send an e-mail with how the address should appear on the mailing label. Also, please review the information in the "International Orders" section below.
2. I'm purchasing a gift for a friend. Do I need to request a gift box?
All Bellacarisma orders arrive professionally packaged in a lovely complimentary gift box, so there is no need to request one.
3. Is your web site secure?

Product Information
1. When you provide measurements, say, for earring length, where do you start the measure?
Measurements start at the highest point in the French hook (the part that goes in your ear) and extends to the lowest point in the earring.
2. Is everything on your website in stock, or is everything made to order?
We try to keep everything displayed on the website in stock, with the exception of past custom orders. If we are out of stock on any item, we will notify you via e-mail and promptly create another one, especially for you.

1. What shipping method do you use?
Unless otherwise specified, we ship all our orders via Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service. If your order is a last-minute gift and you require faster shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Upon shipping you will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number and be able to track the progress of the shipment until it arrives.
3. How long does it usually take for an order to arrive?
Although it depends on where you live, most shipments take 2-5 days.
4. What does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is typically $5 to $8 dollars. All packages ship with insurance. Insurance rates are determined by the value of the package.
International Orders
1. What shipping method do you use for international orders?
USPS Priority International
2. How long does it take to receive an order shipped internationally?
6-10 business days
3. What is the extra charge for international shipping?
$11.95 for Canada and Mexico plus insurance fee, $13.95 for all other countries plus insurance fee.

We accept major credit cards on our web orders, and cash and check for in-person purchases. PayPal, Mastercard, Visa
2. Do you offer gift certificates so I can let someone choose their gift?
Yes, we will gladly create a gift certificate for you. We can send it via e-mail or create a special paper certificate for you to present to your lucky recipient.
3. Is there tax applied to my order?
Yes, the shopping cart on the web site will automatically add the appropriate sales tax for your state.
Returns and Exchanges
1. May I exchange an item?
Yes for an item of equal value. Shipping charges will be added to your order.
2. I received a Bellacarisma gift but have found something on the website I prefer. May I exchange my gift? Yes for an item of equal value within 15 days of receipt. Shipping charges will be added to your order.
3. What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your item it may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase with the receipt, original box and in unworn condition in an appropriate shipping box. Please email help@bellacarisma.com to request a return/refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
4. How long will it take to credit my return?
Your account will be credited on the card used once the return item is received. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for credit to be processed. There is no refund for shipping charges.
